Labor Rights in Comparative Perspective
        The WorkR Dataset

Summary: Introduces an original dataset recording government respect for seven different worker rights in law and practice, respectively, from 1994-2010. An exploratory analysis reveals: (1) distinct patterns in correlational relationships across different categories of rights; and (2) that "gaps" between law and practice can be explained in significant part by variations in states' administrative capacities.
